Some interesting companies I've found along the way?

Planning a trip is hard and is not for everyone, being that there are so many small smarts that come into play

As someone who loves traveling but hates the actual planning part I have found some companies a long the way that might help instead of having to do everything yourself...

Number 1 would have to be contiki they have taken the planning process right from beginning, no matter where you want to go whether it is Europe, Africa, Asia you name it they have a trio for you. Something also interesting about contiki is that the age requirement is 18-35 year olds you are placed in groups of about 15 and you guys are together for the whole trip, it could be a week, two weeks or even three weeks everyone is there for the same reason to make connections and have fun in a place that is completely new. Contiki will also tell you exactly where you are going and what you will see along the way, it list you cities, how long you will be there for everything you need is right there once you book that flight.

Number 2 next up would be intrepid which focuses on smaller groups and more the adventure and not the time from the flight, if someone is in a foreign country and wants things to do they can go on there and book something. Now bigger groups will have a harder time since they like working with small groups to fully get the experience. Most people will only travel in groups of 4 or 2 depending on who it is so it is important to not only read into the actual experience but if there are questions you are always able to help.

Number 3 Lastly would be just regular travel agencys now that is important for people who know exactly what they want to do right down to the country. Sometimes people have a hard time with logistics which is why travel agencys are so good. However, if someone knows the country but doesn't care about anything else then booking someone like contiki will benefit them. Everyone has a different perspective of traveling so whatever fits there livestyle will always benefit them more.
